Braden and his team did an amazing job remodeling our kitchen. I've worked with many contractors on both kitchen and bathroom remodels and Braden is by far the best. Not only did he stick to our budget and timeframe, but he made sure every step of the way that we were completely satisfied with his work. He puts his name on the line and genuinely cares about doing a great job. It's rare to find that level of work ethic, commitment and craftsmanship these days and it was truly refreshing to work with Braden. I also loved how he listened to my vision and goals and then came to the table with unique ideas and creative solutions I never would have imagined. He has true talent in many ways and I always felt that it was a collaborative effort. We love our kitchen and get so many compliments on it!! Thank you, Braden and team!!

I was very impressed by the work of Ivan and the rest of the FS Renovations team. I have a sun-facing side of my house that was badly in need of repainting - a job that is difficult as the apex is nearly 30 feet off the ground and the ground sloped, as well. During his initial consultation Ivan was very matter-of-act about the ability to do the job safely and the price he quoted was well below what I had been quoted in the past. There was no postponing or other nuisances that one often encounters with other contractors - by the time I got home the day the work was to be performed the job was done, with no evidence that anyone had been there other than the wall and eaves were painted. Very professional and very local!
I've had Ivan and his crew redo our main bathroom since this review (I did the design), and I couldn't be happier with the work that was done. The project was done on time and within the budget we agreed on. We really like the contractors that did the work for us - they did a great job, communicated frequently with us, and were very pleasant to have around.
Ivan did a great job on my cottage behind my house. I have a new roof & gutter + new laminate floor. Small jobs are welcome and the price was very reasonable. Workers were on time and work was completed quickly. Call FS Renovations - they will take care of you!!
